End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Kalio Enterprises regarding the use of the purchased digital product (“Software”), including NinjaTrader 8 indicators and strategies.

1. License Grant

Kalio Enterprises grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the Software to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• Use the Software for commercial purposes (e.g., signal services, copy trading) without written permission

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Kalio Enterprises. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

4. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Kalio Enterprises makes no guarantees regarding performance, results, or financial gain.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kalio Enterprises shall not be liable for any damages, including financial loss or data loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. If you breach any terms, your license will be automatically revoked.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State].

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
